We understand that circumstances change and you may need to cancel an order. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel your order with Orielhome.

Cancellation Before Shipment

If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately:

Please provide your order number and request cancellation as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled once it has entered our processing system.

Why Cancellation May Not Be Possible

Our orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery to our customers. Once an order has been processed and prepared for shipment, it may not be possible to stop it from shipping. Our standard processing time is 1–3 business days, and orders placed before 6:00 PM CST are typically processed the same day.

Cancellation After Shipment

Once your order has shipped and you have received a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, the order cannot be canceled.

Options After Shipment

If your order has already shipped, you have the following options:

1. Refuse Delivery

You may refuse the package when the carrier attempts delivery. The package will be returned to us, and we will process a refund once we receive it back. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable in this case.

2. Return After Delivery

You may accept delivery and then initiate a return within 30 days of delivery according to our Returns & Refund Policy. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is successfully processed before shipment, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed after 6:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed the following business day. If you place an order after this time and wish to cancel, please contact us as early as possible the next business day.

Cancellations Due to Stock Issues

In rare cases, we may need to cancel your order due to inventory issues, pricing errors, or other unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Fraudulent or Unauthorized Orders

We reserve the right to cancel any order that we believe may be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of our Terms of Service. If your order is canceled for this reason, you will be notified via email.
