Warranty Coverage
We warrant that products purchased from Orielhome will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects and does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Claims
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or non-functional upon delivery, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a DOA claim.
How to File a DOA Claim

Resolution Options
Upon verification of a valid warranty claim or DOA report, we will work with you to resolve the issue. Resolution options may include:

For certain products, we may arrange for repair of the defective item. We will provide instructions for returning the product if repair is necessary.
3. Refund
If a replacement or repair is not feasible, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, including the original shipping cost if the issue is due to our error.
4. Store Credit
In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative resolution option.
Return Shipping for Warranty Claims
If you need to return a defective or damaged product under warranty, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label or reimburse you for reasonable return shipping costs. You will not be responsible for return shipping costs for valid warranty claims.
What Is Not Covered
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper handling
Normal wear and tear from regular use
Damage caused by accidents, drops, or impacts
Damage from improper cleaning, storage, or maintenance
Products that have been modified or altered
Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality
