What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard. All payments are processed securely in U.S. Dollars.
Are taxes included in the price?
Yes, all product prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes. You will not be charged additional taxes at checkout.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You may request to cancel your order before it ships by contacting us immediately at info@orielhome.com or +1 818-326-2094. However, we cannot guarantee cancellation as orders are processed quickly. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it following our Returns & Refund Policy.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Once your order ships, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are based on your order total:
Orders $130.00 and above: FREE shipping
Orders under $130.00: $15.00 flat rate shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After shipment, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Total delivery time is approximately 4–8 business days from order placement.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and regional carriers depending on your location and package specifications.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress on the carrier's website.
What if my package arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
How do I start a return?

Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, or damaged item). In those cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, items marked as "Final Sale," customized or personalized products, and items that have been used, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and approve your returned item, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Will I get a refund for the original shipping fee?
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item shipped).
Do you charge restocking fees?
No, we do not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
